Also include any requests for specific symbols (i.e. "A1 Star of David and K10 airplane"); the chart of available symbols can be found at the end of the example photos. The two sides of the menorah have eleven spaces each, including for letters of the name. For example, a request for the name "Sarah/שרה" can have up to 6 symbols on the English side and 8 symbols on the Hebrew side.

You do not have to select every individual symbol; you can also request themes like "nature," "sports," "music," etc.
