Artist Mickie Caspi draws inspiration from both the Israeli and American design landscapes to create striking ketubahs that fuse traditional themes with clean, contemporary illustration. Caspi’s signature style blends Persian illumination, art deco motifs, and intricate botanical watercolors inspired by her own garden in Newton, Massachusetts. This lovely blush and white ketubah combines the lacy look of papercut ketubahs with the beautiful architectural form of a chuppah, which symbolizes the home that the couple builds together and the guests they welcome to share their happiness. The design features curled branches brimming with pomegranates and nestling birds, representing fruitfulness, good deeds, and celebration, as well as the phrase, “I have found the one in whom my soul delights" in both English and Hebrew. A beautiful reminder of the couple’s wishes for their bright future.
