This hand-built ceramic cup has a beautiful earth-tone glaze and a natural edge. The bottom of the cup reads "Miriam," a heroine of the Passover story and sister of Moses. The practice of leaving a cup out for Miriam along with Elijah originated in the 1980s in an effort to further recognize the women of the Torah.
