Serenity Ketubah

Danny Azoulay is a Jerusalem artist with a passion for creating high-design papercut ketubahs that both honor the past and carry meaning and tradition into the future. He calls the ketubah “a couple’s first family heirloom" and is mindful of this responsibility as he creates beautiful, architectural pieces to grace the home for years to come. This ketubah showcases many of Azoulay’s signature motifs to stunning effect. A scalloped heart-like silhouette with a round center, this piece features a layered leaf motif, weaving together the soft organic stalks with shimmering silver pearls. Unlike most ketubahs, which display one layer of papercut above a colored background, the Serenity Ketubah is created of two layers of independent details. This lends a dimension and movement to the piece that cannot be created any other way. A true piece of art, this ketubah is finished with the Hebrew phrase “I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine."
