What is the Interfaith text?
The Interfaith texts that appear on all the ketubot vary from artist to artist, in some cases is also known as a non-denominational text. In some cases the Hebrew is a direct translation of the English, in other cases only a Hebrew heading appears with groom, bride, place and date information to be filled in in Hebrew. The Interfaith text avoids phrases like 'According to the Laws (or Traditions) of Moses and Israel' and 'We promise to establish a Jewish home.' For excellent information about traditional and non-traditional ketubah texts, see Anita Diamant's The New Jewish Wedding.
